Policy Defined

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. We offer a 30-day return policy from the time the item has been delivered. Returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Any merchandise returned that is received in our warehouse after 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise will not be eligible for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.

Exchanges and Store Credits

You can return unworn, unwashed, unused, and unsoiled merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise for a full refund minus shipping fees. If you return a product to us, you are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes for the merchandise you are returning. Returns are free and do not include a handling fee on our behalf. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. Please ensure the merchandise sent back to us is sent via an insured, traceable method. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received or packages that are damaged while in transit.  Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unsoiled, in its original condition, and have all tags and packaging attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be exchanged and will not be shipped back to the customer.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your Exchange or Store Credit to be processed. Store Credits expire after one year from the date of return.

Sales and Clearance Merchandise
All Sale and Clearance items are a Final Sale and will not be accepted for Exchange or Store Credit.
