Quality is Alee’s top priority in the kitchen. Certain region-specific
ingredients that are not locally available are imported directly from
their places of origin to ensure authenticity. Other ingredients such
as dairy products and seasonal produce are obtained directly
from farmers and producers in Lewisburg and neighboring
communities when possible. Alee then transforms these fresh,
raw ingredients into the nostalgic dishes he grew up with
and more well-known staples of Mediterranean cuisine.
