I started my fitness career in 2018 as a group fitness instructor. Inspired by the group
fitness team I went on to earn certifications such as PiYo, AMPD Kettlebell, Burn, Kick-
boxing, Power Flow, Resistance, and AMPD Strength. I’m also trained in Bootcamp, HIIT,
cycle and a few more.
